Rosé made of Pinot Noir from 2 different sites here in Sonoma Valley. Rancho Estrella, which is a tiny 1 acre parcel located in Lovall Valley bordering Mt. Veeder and Carneros. Our first year farming this site enduring extreme growing conditions and resulting in low yields. Harvesting just 3/4 of a ton.
To buffer the crop we found Blueprint vineyard located on the western side of Sonoma Valley in Carneros. Another backyard vineyard organically farmed by hand. Both sites came together to produced a fresh, textured and crushable rosé.
