A California version of Passe-Tout-Grains; Gamay Noir & Pinot Noir from Baytree Lane Vineyard located in Sonoma Valley. This vineyard sits in the southern foothills of Sonoma Mountain bordering the Petaluma Gap. Rooted in raynor clay rich soils at 700 feet in elevation. Experiencing cool windy conditions during the growing season. Producing high concentrations of flavor and structure. Funny enough this vineyard was being farmed as Pinot Noir until a genetic test was performed. Showing that half the site was actually Gamay Noir. 12 year old vines converted to organic farming practices in 2022.
