50% PINOT NOIR 50% PINOT GRIS
50% WHOLE CLUSTER. NATIVE YEAST FERMENTED IN NEUTRAL OAK. BARREL AGED FOR 8 MONTHS.
12.9% ALC.
Unfined and Unfiltered
ONLY 1 BARREL PRODUCED.
Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris both grown in the deep end of Anderson Valley. A crop that had no home turned into a beautifully co-fermented chillable red. Experimenting with blending these two varieties in the fermentation process produced an aromatic, fruit forward and floral red table wine.
Since there are no rules here in California for winemaking; We decided to take this unwanted crop of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris and make something fun. Resulting in a beautifully aromatic wine which provokes thought and questions that natural order of things.
